I wanted to include some information about what it’s like to work with me. What the process looks like. And how you could go about getting your video made. I’ll be honest, this process I have, it’s an ever flowing – ever changing, living, breathing – organism; I’m constantly adapting and evolving, so please feel free to give me feedback on this!

I’ve been gifted with opportunities to peer behind the curtain of so many fascinating productions, post-production facilities and marketing departments. I know how the sausage is getting made; and I can tell you – it ain’t always pretty.
Content, social media, production… can be complicated and you want to have a huge ROI for this project, for the most affordable price; while nurturing the community you’ve built around your business, to drive more sales.

    Prep form
    Before we talk, fill out the form and tell me about your goals, vision or any other key messages that should be included in the video.
  • 2
    Writers Meeting
    We’ll dive deeper into the business side of things. I’ll need some customer information like: who they are, why they buy, what their biggest gripe is. We’ll also discuss other production details like the script, talent and assets. One of the biggest factors for me, is knowing your average customer value.

    Development Meeting
    We review my proposal, sign paperwork & fund the production! We also review and confirm our deliverables, milestones and rocks for the project.

    Pre-Production Meeting
    • I’ll lock in the final script, filming dates, locations and other production set pieces from the script.
    • We’ll also go over platform deliveries, marketing strategies and ROI tracking

    Production
    We film!
    Typically this will be a full day for most of my video content packages. I’ll have a few contracts to sign, for anyone involved in the production of the video.

    Post-Production
    • I’ll pull our vision together, while nestled in the fox hole (edit suite). While keeping you informed on the stages of editing.
    • Rough-cut - I’ll deliver a low-res version so we can get a visual representation of our creative masterpiece!
    • Fine-cut - We may have a few editing tweaks, or some visual effects, titles or sound effects missing. But this cut or version will have all the final edits locked in!

    Delivery
    You’ll receive a ‘deliverables’ folder for you to back up.
  • 8
    Distribution Meeting
    We’ll go over the posting details, the titles, tags and descriptions and also review our ROI metrics and discover more best practices video engagement. I don’t want to leave you hanging with a great video and no way to utilize it down the road.
